“A Semester Off,” is a coming-of-age story about a young, daring kid named Hudson, chasing the dream of a career in professional snowboarding, who becomes derailed by adventure and injury. He must learn how to build an adult life with his unique outlook, passionate heart and odd set of skills and fuse them with the way the world thinks we should #adult. This is a novel based on the true events of my brother’s life.
